Default 1983 Lifter bore

Hi, new here hope someone can help me. I have a new head for my 5me and I can not get the lifter bores out of the old head. And broke one of them. How do I get them out and where can I get a new one. The lifters and springs all seem to be ok. I am going to put the head on now and torque it down and put the lifters and cams in later (after I fix this problem)
Thanks
