D2 coilover Group Buy
I've been talking with D2 about making some MK3 coilovers and they have finally agreed. I just need 3 people to step up (and one person to donate their stock suspension). These will retail for $1250, but if you get in now your cost will be $899!
Features: * 36-way adjustable dampening (rebound and compression) * Made from high quality 6061 Aluminum with T6 for increased hardness * Compression/Rebound adjustable * Adjustable spring perch for height adjustment * Adjustable body allowing maximum suspension travel * Pillow Ball Top Mounts * Monotube High Pressure Design * Electroplated body for protection from corrosion and rust * You can specify spring rates upon ordering The downside is that these will take ~6 weeks from the time I get the last payment in, so don't plan any races around these quite yet. |

Comparable to other coilovers. When you're adjusting the ride height, it may take ~40lbs of effort to turn the spring perches. Adjusting the dampers is easy (twist of fingers).

Anyone signed up yet? What will the weight be compared to say TEIN or HKS?
