The first time it's a terrible, miserable, detestable, bitch of a job... Second time's better as you've already broken and replaced all the dried up plastic clips.
 BTW, last time I removed it the dealer was unable to get me replacements for the clips that hold the dash up by the defroster vents... I can't remember if they just couldn't get them by the time I needed them or if they are discontinued.Have fun with it.... I do NOT envy you.
