Smile 7MGE timing

Hi there, I am new to this forum and I am curently rebuilding my 7M GE because of, you guessed it, a blown head gasket.
I have the engine back together but after searching for many hours on the net for a workshop manual without any luck, I don't know how to set up the timing so I can put the new timing belt on.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
It is a standard motor that has done almost 240,000 kilometers.
Thanks in advance,

Ian.

I think a 1jz swap is more than worth it and if you're smart it won't cost you 10k.

rudevo, hey all u got to do is line up the crank to 90 degree with number one piston on tdc. Next line up the two cams to 90 degree on the mark of the back plate. Loose the tensioner and put the new belt on, then put a screw driver behind the tensioner and press it towards the belt and tighten the screw. Turn the engine by hand before starting, if engine does't turn to complete 360 rotation, double check your work.
