87 Supra Turbo for sale

For sale is a 1987 Supra Turbo.

The Good:

Rust free body, never been wrecked. All glass in good shape with no cracks or rock chips. Leak free targa top, ABS, A/C, electronic suspension, all the power goodies, 5 speed trans, 75% tread left on all tires.

The Bad:

Interior will need work. Previous owner did a poor job of changing the interior over from brown to black so there are panels missing and some of the power goodies don't work. Engine piggybacked the #3 rod bearing and piston slapped the head (head has been removed but is included in the sale), again due to previous owner. Right rear tire leaks air (From full to flat in about 3 weeks), not sure why. Targa top is scratched and will need to be painted (third time's a charm, again due to the previous owner).

The Extra Info:

I bought the car with the intention of fixing it up and then either keeping it or selling it, but I just don't have the time or money to work on it any more. I've already partially parted it out; sold the coil packs, cam sensor, power antennae, alternator, radio, and the mudflaps from behind the front tires. Car has been stored in my garage since I got it so it hasn't been exposed to the elements apart from what it went through on the trailer ride home. Car would make a great project. The car needs to go, but I would like to see it go to someone who could appreciated it rather than some heartless pick-and-pull that would probably crush it after a few weeks.

The Bottom Line:

Asking $1300 for the car, but willing to go as low as $1000 if price is a deal breaker. I will not let it go for less than $1000 so save us both time and don't make offers lower than that.
