tail lights out

i have an 87 mk3 and last week my running lights went out in the back of my car when i turn my running lights on my license plate lights work and my cornr light aslso work...ive tried a couple things and checked all of the bulbs n e other ideas...

hello.u may need to replace the harness,and check for all wire contacts,and fuses .hope this helps
