Turbo manifold reducer

I have an 89 toyota supra 7mgte which i have a new T04E t3/t4 turbo for but the bracket is a different size. Is there a reducer i can purchase maybe? And help would be appreciated.

Stuck in 3rd

Just got a 88 Supra AT.. Woo Hoo!!!

But when I am at 70mph+ the car is not switching into the the next gear and the rpm is stuck on 4 and climbing. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What should I do? Help!!!
