Default 1986.5 1987 Auto To Standard Conversion

Well I Had A 86.5 non turbo supra but unfortunately crashed it so I bought another one but it was auto and it was turbo. I Spoke To A Few People and they said the conversion would be no problem I Would just need to get everything from my other car after the whole swamp was made my turbo gave out i really don't know much about turbo or what could gone wrong can someone please help me I Don't know if it was the transmission that messed it up or if a hose just broke for the turbo?
