hmm fullthrottle we should patent an idea of combing the toque of an piston engine and the HP of a rotary, like a hybrid lol
now that i think about it, that would be AWESOME...your have the best torque and HP with an high redline anyone here has a masters degree in mechanical engineering?

only thing ive ever seen a rotary good in besides an rx7-8 is a suzuki samurai i know a guy running a rx7 turbo engine and trans in his it runs awesome but only because hes running 1st gear=3.5 tcase 4-1 tcase 4-1 axles 5.13 thats a very low ratio final drive of 287-1 but he can run 1st gear through 12k so it actually gets up and goes lol helps that a sami only weighs like 1500 lbs

your comment.But... one mans word of mouth wont speak... so ill show u different with the internet... wikipedia The 13B-DEI was turbocharged in 1986. It features the newer four-injector fuel injection of the 6PI engine, but lacks that engine's eponymous variable intake system. In '86-'88 engines the twin-scroll turbocharger is fed using a two-stage mechanically actuated valve, however on '89-'91 engines a better turbo design was used with a divided manifold powering the twin-scroll configuration. For engines manufactured between '86-'88 output is rated at 185 hp (138 kW) at 6500 rpm and 248 N·m (183 ft·lbf) at 3500 rpm.
