I have never seen a set of springs that drop that low unless they are coilovers and then they should be adjustable. What brand are they? But don't go cheap or you will be sorry. Also if you go as low as you say you will probably have a problem getting the alignment in spec without some aftermarket parts. And don't forget you are going to need new struts also.
