Auto Supra Coolant hose pressure and return leak to oil pan and filter area?

Socket size for the crank pulley bolt is 19mm, lug nuts for wheels are 12mm x 1.5 pitch and just by chance my wheel lug nuts (which are not stock) are also 19mm A/F (Socket size) Don’t give up just yet rj.
