Possibly exhaust gases getting into the cabin may be an issue if any grommets/drain bungs are pushed out, other than that I'd just imagine the main problem being how to explain it to Johnny Law... Still might try it myself though since the heat shields on my system keep catching speed humps & anything slightly above completely flat!
