Unfortunately by the sounds of it you have a blown head gasket. Do run the vehicle any more as that water will damage your bearings as well as overheat the engine. Do you have that same tan/milky stuff on your oil cap?

How does it run?

Whip the head off, clean surfaces, get head machined & cleaned, new valve seals & stock gasket & head bolts, torque to 72ft lbs and you'll be away again.

When starting, get some cheap oil to run for 10 mins then drain again. Rinse and repeat. Then put in decent oil, hopefully your bearings are still ok :/

Do you hear any knocking noises from the bottom end?
