Start your car, have your buddy adjust the temp gauge from 65 to 80 or 85 or whatever the top is (hanv't driven my baby for awhile) and you look at the engine compartment, specifically in the rear...

Your best bet is to boreout for more displacement, the 7m is a VERY long stroke, look at the redline. Personnaly I don't think boreing is worth it with these engines, you can already produce a pile...
