Start your car, have your buddy adjust the temp gauge from 65 to 80 or 85 or whatever the top is (hanv't driven my baby for awhile) and you look at the engine compartment, specifically in the rear...

There is no overfill valve, if you fill it to the top of the tank fill hose it shouldn't leak, i do regularly (no topping off my ass). If it is leaking next time you fill it get a mirror on a stick...

Ok well the Throttle Position Sensor sounds like your idle problem, and as for the EGR problem, thats most likely where your high rev check like is coming from, high revs brings Vacuum manifold...

Not sure what exactly your asking about but......

Not sure what exactly your asking about but... the manual tranny has four wires going to it, ABS, Reverse, speedometer, and ground strap. There is no tranny ECU because you are it.

Your best bet is to boreout for more displacement, the 7m is a VERY long stroke, look at the redline. Personnaly I don't think boreing is worth it with these engines, you can already produce a pile...

I see your car under your name, is this question pretaining to it? If so a Manual W58 takes 2.5US quarts of GL-4 or GL-5 75w-90 or 80w-90. If yours is the turbo it takes 3.2 US quarts.
