turbo whistle.
I have an 89 turbo running .7 bar, and for some reason the turbo makes a very loud screeching whistle. Anyone know what this could be?

I tried adjusting it, and it cant be a vacuum...
I tried adjusting it, and it cant be a vacuum leak, because when the vacuum line is on the back of it, it boggs the car down, but the second i pull the line off, its rpms go back up and it idles...

For some reason when i put my hks ssqv on, the car starts idling horribly and stalls, but when i put my blitz back on it runs perfectly fine. Any suggestions?
