I would definitely check your diagnostic codes first and if nothing there then check your timing to ensure it is correct before changing any screws :)

yep that is what they do but the size difference will be absolutely minimal but generally once you tear an engine down your recondition will hone/bore (depending on what you're doing) so they should...
