So, I bought my 87 Supra Turbo for cheap ($1000) because the turbo wasnt spooling. I figured it'd be an easy fix. I pulled the turbo, checked for cracks, leaks, etc...and nothing. The turbo spins...

Wow. 35k is a big investment. Your car looks flippin' sweet though :werd: I'd say, stick with the ol' 7m. Putting one of those in a MKII and building it up would make for a VERY fast vehicle.

pull off ur intake from the turbo and try spinning the impeller with your finger. if it doesnt spin easily, it could be ruined. Other than that, you'd have to remove the turbo and do a pressure...
