this might be it.

You might consider replacing your radiator. My brothers mk2 was doing the same, he checked all and flushed but his car would still overheat. Sometimes the ridges inside the radiators get clogged...

How much modification needs to be done if i want to swapp out my 5mgte with a 7mgte. Can i keep my motor mounts and tramsmission?
