your welcome, the braces are bolted onto the bottom of the engine block. they hold the bottom 4 bolts on the transmission, kinda look like a skeliton type thingy. and you dont need the gas peddle.

to be safe, i would, the shaft from the smaller one may be too long. i would just bring over the whole drivetrain if you have it. shouldnt be too much extra work.
