It fits. If you want to retain the stock twins, you're going to have to do a small bit of firewall denting so the rear turbo will clear, after that it will bolt in. I don't know if you need 1JZ...

It's leaking out near the top, but because of gravity, it's only appearing like it's coming from the bottom of the tank.

It's probably coming from where the filler neck bolts to the tank.
