By the battery there is a diagnostic box, remove the black/grey cap and look at the cap. There is a diagram of which pin is which. Use a small piece of wire to bridge the two pins, you should hear...

Have you tried bridging the b+ to the Fp pins in the diagnostic box to see if the fuel pump is dead?
