how much boost can a stock 7mgte hold??

just wondering if anyone knew how much boost a bone stock 7mgte can hold and the best way to get it?? I've seen shimmed waste gate but that's a little sketchy to me... any tips

sounds like smokey nagata( he drove the v12 mkIV with veil side body kit) and i can slide the motor I'm running now on factory suspension and oversize tires they are heavy cars but you also got BMW...

yea I've heard the same things bout 1j's and I more for a higher faster rev I know I've read shimming the waste gate on a 7mgte can give u significantly more power but more mods needed to push more...
