Pre 89 wheel hub assembly

Ok here is my problem. i got to replace my right rear wheel bearing and come to find out that the bearing was grinding on the hub. Call up all the auto part stores and they dont even have one listed....

can someone tell me what in the world this is. on the left is the bucket for the valve and the ring was under the bucket. not every bucket had this and keep in mind i didnt even remove the valves yet...

Well the resistor pack is out of spec but wouldn't that pressure reg keep it the same resistor pack or not. And where can I get a new pack because I can only find used ones

checked resistance of the isc again and it is...

checked resistance of the isc again and it is still in spec.

check the wiring from fuse box to isc connector and the connect to the ecu connectors and all showed .5 ohms

cleaned the isc again...

AH HA wiring to the isc connector looks jacked up and my isc sometimes doesnt click like its suppose to. So today imma fix that TONIGHT!!!
