You need to put the vacuum hose for the boost...

You need to put the vacuum hose for the boost gauge into the intake manifold. just tap it into one of the vacuum lines with a T thingo.

Or there may be a spare one available

nah it was a twin turbo, but the setup was running hell dodgy so the guy before me chucked a big turbo in it instead :D

Does anyone have the Toyota Service Repair Manual for this car that isn't in japanese? I'm trying to wire up my turbo timer to the SPD wire in the ECU but dont have a TSRM to verify which wire it...

Found out that the reason it is doing it is because the SPD wire isnt connected up to the ECU.

I just fitted my GReddy Full Auto Turbo Timer into my car and it works great. Except that when i have the key on ACC there is a ticking sound coming from the harness that plugs into the ignition...

Yeah I'd probably prefer a 50/50 because my turbo is quite big and takes awhile to spool up so that reduce turbo lag but also give me a nice sound. How much are fuel control devices?
