Thanks to pwpanas. There was a pipe loose. Once the pipe was re-adjusted and tighten. All is good. Thanks again.

Got the Kit for $1200 and cost about $2500 to put...

Got the Kit for $1200 and cost about $2500 to put it on. Roughly $3700 total with paint job.
