I have a87 turbo supra 5 speed and at 4,000 rpm the engine dies down and i loose all boost. could that be a fuel pump or something else?

Fuel presure goes to 60psi. then no psi. 87 turbo

But now at 4,000 rpm the engine dies as if it looses fuel pressure.

I am new to supras. I have alot of other cars but i am unsure on what the problem is in the supra. This is the senerio. The car starts and runs for about 40seconds. Then it runs out of fuel and dies....
