the only time you should shift the high is if your racing or you are trying to show off all the time, take it easy its an old car! you should be shifting at 2700-3200 for a daily driver, and someone that cares about there engine and the life of the supra. like the other guy said, build up your engine and do more research on it.

hay tattooed dont buy a supra turbo if your not goin to use it. anywho the specs on my car is an 87 supra turbo 101k miles on the damn thing. my engine is in good condition and the only problems i have is a minor oil leak. i usually wind it up to 4-5k rpms because i like to enjoy driven this car....its why i bought it or els i woulda baught an oldsmobile. anywho im tryen to get my shiften down, these things are very sensitive on the ratio.
