It depends on where in MO. you live if you have to get it done or not..Mostly in the major cities though..I stay in STL but my mom lives about 3 hours south of me in a town called Salem..I just go down there to get my car inspected and licensed..Woohoo!! No test means,No EGR,cat converter,etc!!!!
Hey Supra_91 dont quote me on this but i heard that IL. doesnt do emmissions testing..Dont know for sure i just heard that..
