Just a side note I raced a e46 on the freeway with my 96 saturn sc2 with about 200whp and just incinerated it all day. BMW's are just bad whack jobs. Now if you really want a nice german performance car go with porsche.

Also depending on the tranny setup and motor. Now the SOHC with a MP2 tranny auto will go about 105 I beleive but a manual MP2 with a DOHC is the best setup which I have with a quaife diff. Stock ones make around 124hp with 100tq @ 2300pds. After I got done with my first setup making around 200whp @ 2100pds I can assure you it was one very quick car. When you can beat SS or Z28 camaros on the freeway in a 4banger you are considered to be very fast. haha And e46's cant even touch camaros on the freeway.
