engine knocking

well i had my supra for a couple of days, and when i was driving it started making a knocking noise, it gets louder as the rpm's go up but when i put in the clutch the noise goes away, what can this be? The engine is a 7mgte from a 1987 supra turbo thanks

First motion shaft in gearbox......
Crank bearings....lessening when relieving the pressure on the bearings....
