Squeaking from engine?
 

when i start it up, theres this squeaking coming from the right side of the engine/engine bay (when ur sitting in the car, right)
could this be a bearing?
it goes away after i drive it down the street.
is this bad?
also, can i change my oil pan pretty easy or no?
