I can pick up this 1980 mk1 for $150 with 80000 miles on it. Manual trans. Is it worth my time?

is the body straight? is it the original 80k miles? what is its purpose for purchase(ie racing, daily driver, hooptie)?

i'd probably go for it since its an old supra that no one will have, though i question its 80000k's? and have you had a really good look aound the car, might be to much rust to do anything with it

never too much rust if you love her, i should know my 85 needs a lot of new panels.

Well...I bought the car. Not much rust on the body at all. It needs some work and new parts which I am having a hard time finding. But the best part is I got her for $1.00 That's right.
