Hi im new... but i ran out of people who knew what they were talking about when it came to cars so i thought this might be a good place to strat asking people questions.... So i got this Heads up display unit and i want to install it in my 87 supra non turbo (dont know if that matters) and it has a bunch of wires and everything. I dont know what wires are what and where the ECu is located. or if i can even put something like this on this car... what you all think?
there are wires with color and name example REd(B+) Orange(ACC) White(Low Dimmer) Violet(speed signals) Green(RPM Signals) and so on... what does any of this mean and does my car have a speed signal thats not the speedo cable? let me know if you all know something or can help me thanks!!!!!

working on an engine is hard enuff

wiring, is a pain in the ass
especially if u dunt have a manual/instruction with it

i would look around or try to find the website of the brand of the hud that u bought
they might have it online
or at least find a 800 number
that way u can get more info from em
