Hey all,
I'm new here. I don't have a Supra, I have a 4Runner. I purchased THIS on Ebay since it was advertised as a 2JZ-GTE MAF. The 2JZ MAF is interchangeable on the 4Runner and allows for more air on a forced induction 5VZ. When I received the part, it doesn't look anything like the 2JZ MAFs I'm used to seeing. The part number on it is 22204-42011. I did some research on the p/n here and discovered it's actually from a 7MGTE engine. When I e-mailed him about it, he swears it came from his '93 Supra Targa. My question is: Is there any way this MAF could have come from a stock MKIV? Or am I correct in assuming this part was misrepresented. Thanks! |
