Tonight the TSRM link is not working. Is it me, or you too??

all the more reason to have the paperback copy by your side.
worth it's weight in gold... and that mofo is heavy. He IS updating the site, as you may or may not have seen at the bottom of the screen on every page. He's probably finalizing and it'll be back up and better than ever soon enough.
