Major fuel issue!

There is a leak on a little pipe in front of the engine. One of those small ones that leads to the intake I think. And I am getting an average of only 200-250km out of my tank. Plus fuel gage wouldn't top up...when I fill up gas, it only goes up to 3/4 of a tank but tank is over flowing.... Anyone have any idea of what is going on? Is the fuel system bad? Leak is only a minor small little slow leak.
Please Help!

(High flow air filter installed...could this cost any problem?)

Air filter is no problem.

Need more desciption on hose leak, and photo would help, or reference to what page in tsrm.

Aver MPG = 15 city/22 hwy.

the only fuel lines in the manifold are...

front of the engine... fuel rail - fuel pressure regulator down towards the block, rubber hose into "j-tube" from j-tube to fuel return line to tank
from fuel rail to cold start injector under the throttlebody
from back of engine thru manifold to fuel junction union bolt which is bolted to the engine mount
