I DID A TURBO SWAP AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I START THE CAR IT ACTS LIKE THE THROTTLE IS TO THE FLOOR

DO YOU THINK THAT IT COULD BE THE THROTTLE SENSOR

so when you start it it revs to redline? what throttle cable did you use?
