I have 2 turbo supras and used to have a NA one, and they all ran on the warm side. I'm having a custom ($400) 3-row "high efficiency" radiator made for my 1990 right now. Interesting that Toyota added another AC fan in 1989 or '90, because my '88 only has 1 (electric).
My Supras ran hot at real low and real high speeds-running "normal" in low traffic wasn't a problem. IMO the stock rad. is way too small--but I'm in Arizona.

No I am not leaking any water. I guess I could just be paranoid about seeing the gauge that high. On my truck the gauge never reaches half way. But I will take your advice. Thanks

it's bolted into the elbow turning down at the backside of the turbo
the turbo is on the exhaust side , you prolly have a heat shield all around it http://www.ddmcse.com/turbo/images/is_it_in_yet.JPG see the turbo in this pic ? the oxygen sensor would be right behind the turbo ..see the yellow clip hanging there ? thats where the sensor connects . heck now that i think about it . i have an extra one that i bought to troubleshoot .. stock from toyota is not cheap and never is
