Heater Problem

Hey there , i have a 94 tt and the cockpit heater aint workin .
Its blowin cold air only ,its been suggested that it could be the heater valve , where is this or is it likely to be anything else .
The temperature is remaining constant and the regulator behind the glove compartment is working fine ?
