transmission just stopped pulling
 

i have a 83 supra and was driving down the road and it just stopped pulling. no noise or anything. its not the rear cv joints or drive shaft. it will shift into park and not roll but when its put in gear with the engine running the driveshaft doesnt turn in any gear. but i noticed with the key switched on the rpm guage goes up to 2000 rpm even though the engine isnt running... so could it be a electrical problem to the tranny???the shifter is shifting inside the tranny, the fluid level was fine... any ideas??? please email me panamacitycwboy@yahoo.com with any suggestions
