Hey, I'm new here... right now I own a '96 eclipse, but I've been wanting a '93+ supra for a while... they are really freakin expensive, as you know, so I was wondering what the likely hood is of me finding one thats all beat up with blown engine, and all that, where I can just totally rebuild it from ground up....

think that'll happen? I don't have a ton of money to drop on a nice one, when Im gonna totally redo it anyways.

i think you saw too much fast and the furious haha! if your gonna find a scrap supra and rebuild that just about the same price when you get to the finish. so i suggest you just find one online or something, or you could find some 1 localy and ask them

I know it will be just as expensive to fix one up like that, but I don't have to drop a bunch of money at once on it, and I get to fix it up just how i want it, over time, while still having my car...

So, do you think I would be able to find on in this condition very easily?

well i don't live over there... so i don't know for sure but somewhere there will be a busted mk4... just try your local paper or online trading site you may just come across one... good luck with it and please don't paint it orange :P hehe

Actually, orange is my favorite color on cars... but since the movie, I'm not sure if I'll be painting it orange or not...

(isn't it funny how I can say "the movie", and everyone knows what im talking about? :P)

it was a good movie when it first came out just a pity every ricer in the world has all of a sudden decided they want a supra and destroy the classicness of them... ahh well.. we know the real worth ;)
