turbo question.
 

I just picked a 89 supra 7mgte with automatic tranny.
Car seems to run good but I am not sure if turbo is working or not. I can't seem to get boost to peg. Really don't see any movement on gauge revving while in nuetral. When accelerating from a dead stop does not seem to create enough
boost to see any difference in accelleration. Does this mean that turbo is bad?
leaks in system? I am new how these work. Any advise would be appreciated

It could be a leak, check the forum with the search tool, this has been a problem in the past. Good luck and welcome. Congrats on your buy.
