I'd suggest that's more reliable way of avoiding problems than prayer (not saying prayer won't help, but for example I'd guess that at least a few people out of the hundreds killed in last year's hurricanes in the US, and the rougly 250,000 killed by the December '04 Tsunami in Southeast Asia were regular churchgoers ). I've read that "God helps those who help themselves" (probably paraphrasing Thessalonians 3:10 "...if any would not work, neither should he eat" (KJV)). Again, you can do a leakdown test on an engine that is siezed by removing the cams. If you can't check this car out in person, and your budget can't handle a worst-case scenario on this car, you really could end up loosing most or all of the $ you pay to ready2fix.
