7mge cranks but will not start

i currently own a 91 mx83, i did a headgasket on it as it was bad and after getting the engine reassembled it cranks and cranks but will not start, i did egr delete ac delete cruise controll delete. if its the first time i try to start it that day it will crank and sputter but nothing other than that im stuck plz help

Check the grounds and for compression.
