Supra Mark IV Headrests

Hi. Can someone please tell me how you remove headrests from a mark iv supra? I understand it is knowing where to press - but I can't find the right place. Thanks in advance.

isnt there a button for it? or some sort of latch?

No, there's no button. A previous thread said you pushed into the headrest somewhere, but didn't say where.
