Electronics question on my newly purchased MKIV
Has anyone seen this dial switch setup before or have one? I just bought this 1993.5 tt auto and it has this switch on the dash. The outer ring clicks forward (clear light turns green), middle (light goes off), and to the left (light turns orange). The center of the dial turns like a volume switch so I am having a hard time figuring out what it is for. My thoughts were that it is maybe something to do with boost or the auto tranny. The OD also blinks which I have read happens when you have an auto tranny built as well? Could this mean something else? I pressed the OD button and that did nothing. The TRAC light is also on and doesnt go off with pressing the TRAC button. I am new to these cars but am learning :) .
