1989 turbo supra

I just bought a 1989 turbo supra with a clean straight body and nice interior.The engine is in but all the turbo and exhaust is off the car.I plan on spending a fair amount of money to make the car nice.What are the problem areas at 100,000 miles and what should I spend my money on and what is a waste of cash.I want to add a complete new stainless exhaust system. What company makes a good one and any blower tips are welcome.
