ecu fault please help
 

hello can any1 help me with my 1990 mk3 supra turbo, had a problem last wk with my airmass meter, ive fitted a new 1 and a few days later i started it up and the idel will nt drop below 3000revs i have checked the dionostics and its cum up as code numb 51, which is the ecm, i have reset the computer and its still cumin up code 51 ecm i can do this test b4 i start it and after i start it ecm still cums up if i grab the throtel and turn it back it will idel, but wen i let it go it revs bk up 2 3000revs does this mean that my ecm is faulty,
