Looking to buy 1989 Supra Turbo

Hey guys, I've been looking around the forums and figured this is the right place to get some advice. I'm looking for a first car, and was wondering what you all thought of this http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/1401048425.html. It's a 1989 Supra Turbo - I looked at it in person the other day. It runs great and has 1 original owner. He's asking $6500 and I am wondering what I should be looking to pay. Thanks a lot!
