Hi..my 1988 Toyo Supra clutch is slipping. Does a hydraulic clutch have an adjustment or do I need to replace?
Thanks John

i would recommend replacing the clutch, i dont think it has an adjustment but if it does...i still recommend replacing the clutch

aye, mine just went out and took the hydraulic system with it, $900 to repair, and I just bought the thing. Guy said it had a new clutch, he lied, so I'm ticked...

Clutch system is very simple, being a clutch cover and a clutch plate with the flywheel. The clutch is sandwiched between the 2 and put under pressure through the clutch cover spring. The hydraulic system only releases the spring. If the spring, or the actualy clutch are warn out, you'll slip. Also, if you get mud, water, grease, oil, ect up into that area, you can also have a problem.
